I’m Nicole, a Brisbane-based Counsellor offering online sessions with flexible hours to clients across Australia.
 

Finding the right counsellor—someone with an open mind, some life experience, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand your journey—can be challenging. I promise to offer you:

My Approach:
 

My approach to counselling is compassionate, collaborative, and at a pace you feel comfortable with. 
 

I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings without labels or the constraints of the medical model.

​

I offer a unique blend of evidence-based strategies and energetic support, including custom flower essence blends tailored to your healing journey. Each session is personalised to meet your individual needs, drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques such as person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness exercises and EFT (Tapping).

Through this holistic approach, many clients find significant shifts early and will often only need 4-6 sessions - some even find just one full session helpful. I will help you find clarity, focus and strategies that will help you through.

Grief & Loss

Losing a loved one or someone significant can profoundly reshape our world. Grief isn't limited to the loss of people; it can also accompany the loss of a pet, divorce, health or job setbacks, or unfulfilled dreams. It can happen when we go through life transitions - motherhood, retirement, or when we instigate a significant change such as relocation.

Grief is a natural response, the journey through it is deeply personal and unique to each individual. It can trigger various changes, and while some may navigate this on their own, others may find comfort and support through counselling.
 

I can guide you through this difficult time, helping you:
